Starting November
So, I cannot believe we are already into the start of November. Where has the year gone? I feels like it just got started. Anyways, it’s my first week back at work after a short period of much needed holidays. I was finally able to make it back home and visit with my mom and my grandma, as well as see my cat! I do not think my cat likes me anymore, as she always seems to get real spicy when I’m around, but there is still no way I could not possibly love her regardless.
It’s a very quiet start to the week; low client count upon starting work, and the weather is a bit cool now with grey skies and foggy mornings. Temperatures have been reaching the low minuses the past few weeks, and it does not seem to be getting any warmer. The leaves have all fallen off the trees, the skies are bleak, and I think winter is finally on its way to stay.
The colder fall and early winter days are when depression seems to spike up a bit due to the bleakness in the environment, so be sure to stay on top of your mental health and ensure you are adequately managing your personal self-care.
Until next time,
Bless!
